My easy cream cheese frosting recipe is extra creamy, extremely velvety and super soft. It’s tart and not overly sweet and it tastes as pure sweet cream cheese. You can make soft designs with it because it’s sturdy enough to hold its shape and doesn’t get runny. By taking care of some details through the steps I’ve managed to work with this cream cheese frosting even if living in a tropical paradise.

This lovely cheesecake is full of caramel notes and apple flavor. And the texture is the creamiest! It’s soft, rich and very velvety. The crust is made with Biscoff cookies for a change of the traditional Graham crackers. I reduced some apple cider to concentrate its flavor before adding to the cream cheese filling for a very delicate apple flavor. The spread of Biscoff on top and the cooked cinnamon apples were just the perfect finishing touches to make this cheesecake taste like fall.
