Welcome to my kitchen dear friend! Where food is always warm, cherished and made with love. Come along, let’s cook something together!
I started this blog to share how, with cooking and adventuring with fresh and wholesome foods, I learned to celebrate my very own everyday life. As a mother of a special needs girl, it’s a life full of challenges, some uncertainties, but most importantly, full of joy and unconditional love.
Because nothing says spring like a buttery crust and a burst of berries…

I’m taking everything we love about this classic recipe (buttery, garlicky and so indulgent) and giving it a little upgrade! These Cheesy Confit Garlic Spinach Bread Rolls are soft, plush, and filled with sautéed spinach, toasted pine nuts, and melty cheese—but what really makes them special is the garlic confit. Instead of just tossing in minced garlic, I slow-cook whole cloves in olive oil until they’re caramelized, golden, and completely mellow. The kind of mellow that fills your kitchen with a beautiful, buttery, nutty smell that makes you want to dip a piece of bread in the pan before you’ve even finished the recipe.
You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make the garlic confit. It just asks for time and a little bit of patience while your kitchen transforms into the coziest place to be. You just have to submerge garlic cloves in olive oil and let a very low-temperature oven do its magic…
