This Asparagus, Fontina, and Pancetta Spring Focaccia is the perfect recipe for those times you want to combine spring flavors in a unique way. The bread crumb is fluffy, soft, and chewy, with a thin, golden crispy crust that is impossible to resist. It’s baked to perfection with fresh herbs, olive oil, asparagus, pancetta, and plenty of cheese! I made an Arugula and Blood Orange Spring Pesto to dip every piece. This bread is the perfect canvas for all the spring flavors we love in a single bite!
