Devil's Food Cake with Coconut Italian Meringue

This devil’s food cake is for true chocolate cake lovers. It has the purest taste of chocolate. I used Dutch processed cocoa powder for that intense chocolate flavor and used both cake flour and all-purpose flour for a very light crumb and texture.
